Watermelon juice recipe
WATERMELON JUICE RECIPE
Nothing tastes better than a freshly squeezed juice to kick start your day to embrace Summer.
Our DG cafe always had a steady run of these juices for staff to grab in the mornings - as a perfect 'feel-good' pick me up.
Ingredients:
200g watermelon diced
1/2 cucumber - peeled, cored and diced
1/2 a cup of water
1 tsp lime juice
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or juicer and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 30 mins - as best served cold.
We love to add fresh ginger or apple to ours too - for an extra antioxidant hit!
