We hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund on most goods returned to us within 30 days from the despatch of your order, provided that you return items along with the specific returns information slips for those items, they are in their original packaging and they are in an unused, resellable condition.
We are unable to offer refunds on any of our mixed to order paint range, our made-to-order bedroom furniture range, upholstery orders and mattresses, or our Fabric & Wallpaper samples. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To return rugs, you must first contact us on +44 (0)207 893 7760 or via email shoponlineuk@designersguild.com. There is a charge of £25 for this service.
