The perfect rug for inside and out - a bold scale graphic black and white check with bright lime border on two sides. Stylish and incredibly versatile these durable and easy to clean hand-woven flat weave rugs are constructed from a specialist polyester yarn made from up to 875 recycled plastic bottles. We hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you change your mind, we are happy to refund or exchange all goods returned to us within 14 days from receipt of your order provided you return the item in the original packaging, unopened and in an unused resaleable condition.
Items returned outside of this 14 day period will only be refunded or exchanged if the return has been authorised by our customer service team.
To make a claim pleaae email us at shoponline@designersguild.net.au quoting your order number and reason for return:.
We advise sending your return parcel via a postal tracking service to ensure safe delivery to us as we will not be responsible for parcels lost in the mail.
Your return parcel is posted at your own cost; however we will refund the purchaser any reasonable delivery charge paid if the goods returned are deemed by our customer service team to be faulty.
