As the long weekend approaches and evenings are light again, find time to celebrate with two delicious cocktails that truly welcome Spring.
Yarty are a small family based company in Hampshire, hand making batches of fruit cordials to old family recipes. They have a wonderful selection of flavours and inspired us to experiment and devise these refreshing drinks.

Rhubarb & Ginger cooler
Crisp, but with a hint of the exotic, this beautiful blossom coloured drink works perfectly as an aperitif. The English sparkling wine from the Denbies estate is a must try. Don't forget the ginger and fresh bay leaf- they make all the difference.

What you'll need:

1/2 cup of Denbies sparkling wine
1 measure of Yarty's Rhubarb & ginger cordial
2 slices of ginger
1 fresh bay leaf
1 lychee
Ice

How to make:

-Add half a cup of ice to a goblet glass and half fill with Sparkling wine or champagne.

-Add 1 measure of Yarty's Rhubarb and Ginger cordial and stir.

-Finish with a fresh lychee, a few thick slices of ginger and a bay leaf.
