Moodboard: Forest Greens

Green can be earthy or glamourous, lively and vivid or soulful and calm. It’s ability to add balance and harmony to a space is one of it’s major characteristics. Just as the stems and leaves in a garden are green, no matter what colour the flower, a shade of green is the perfect partner to any colour and can be used as a neutral to balance other colours, allowing them to sing.

As well as having green take centre stage, our Brocart Decoratif fabric print features finely painted flowers and foliage, arranged in a cleverly mirrored form with shaded petals and striped leaves adding to it's decorative nature. In a wonderful shade of moss but also features other muted tones, that could be highlighted in the woodwork of a room on skirtings and doorframes - such as our Chiltern Chalk paint shade, adding a calming effect as well as maintaining a neutral palette in the room.
