Water-Based Paints

All our water-based paints carry the industry's lowest eco-rating, containing virtually no VOCs (volatile organic compounds that contribute to atmospheric pollution). They have the best eco ratings and are practically odour-free, meaning you don't need to worry about any respiratory issues when choosing a Designers Guild paint.

Oil-Based Paints

Oil-based paints are well-known for their longevity and superb finish. Our oil-based paints have been formulated using sustainable vegetable oils, to dramatically reduce VOC content and odour, without compromising on quality.

Tins

Our tins are made using over 50% recycled steel and can be recycled again, and our packaging is made from recycled materials and can also be recycled.

We are committed to minimising pollution, energy consumption and want to support local industries, which is why our paint is manufactured in the UK.
